• Exchange: We offer a stress free 7-day exchange guarantee in case you got a damaged/defective product. Please ensure you provide sufficient proof of damages on arrival in the form of pictures and an unboxing video.
• Returns: Since all products are made to order we offer a 2 hour cancellation window for orders placed by mistake. You can email us within 2 hours of placing your order in case you would like to cancel it (cancellation charges applicable)
